Passion Fruit Banana Smoothie

Serves 2 as a snack
3 passion fruits
2 bananas
1/2 tbsp yogurt (Optional)

  1. Place a mesh sieve on top of a bowl. Cut the passion fruits in half. Spoon the insides onto the sieve.
  2. Push down on the sieve to extract as much juice as possible out of the seeds.
  3. Once you have gotten all the juice out of the seeds, pour the juice into the blender with two bananas (Save the Seeds.) Add 4 ice cubes and blend. Once the smoothie has the consistency you want, Taste it. Decide if you want to add the yogurt or not. Pour into small glasses and serve the seeds on top.
